2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp, or authorized partners.
• You will receive a confirmation email or message once the booking is successfully processed.
• Bookings are only considered confirmed after full or partial payment (as specified during booking).
• Guests must provide accurate information — including name, contact number, hotel location, and number of participants.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may vary depending on the package type, number of guests, and seasonal promotions.
• Payment can be made via cash, card, or approved online payment methods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Guest cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
• No-shows or guests unavailable during pickup time will be considered cancellations.
• In case of bad weather, government restrictions, or operational issues, we may reschedule or offer a full refund.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Tour Operations

• Pick-up and drop-off are available from hotels or designated meeting points in Dubai (unless otherwise stated).
• The duration of each tour is approximate and may vary based on traffic or desert conditions.
• Tour inclusions are listed on each package page and may change slightly depending on season or availability.
• We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries for safety or operational reasons.

6. Health & Safety

• Guests must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or health concerns before booking.
• Pregnant women, people with back or heart problems, or those with serious medical conditions are advised not to participate in dune bashing or quad biking.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• We follow strict safety measures; however, guests participate in all activities at their own risk.

7. Conduct & Responsibility

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, animals, and other participants.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting inappropriately or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Damaging company property, vehicles, or equipment will result in financial liability.

8. Photography & Media

• Photos or videos taken during tours may be used for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
• Guests are welcome to take their own photos for personal use.
• Professional shoots require prior permission.

  • Personal negligence or failure to follow guide instructions
